Curry beef w roasted beets & egg

So...  you made a curry dish and would like to make it more interesting?? 💭🤔 You could add... beets and hard boiled eggs... for a change! Curry is a versatile dish and it goes well with pretty much everything!! I used roasted beets which I cooked and froze during the summer 🏝️ CSA season!!
