Here's an easy Korean style pork roast slow cooked in kimchi, gochujang, Korean miso paste cooking liquid. For pork roast, I buy a big piece, about 5 pounds. Pork picnic roast or rib ends roast would do. The key is to generate flavor through dry rub and browning. I cook the meat with potatoes and onions in a slow cooker for about 4 hours on high. I find that if cooked too long, flavor becomes diluted.
