Fennel soy milk smoothie w cheese & nuts

CSA 2023 kicked off last week! It was a late start due to weather conditions-- too cold and dry in the spring!  Whole fennel with bulb and fronds was roasted and blended with soy milk and water. Great for quick breakfast or a simple meal any time if the day! 😉
