Hi, I am Michelle aka Ms Fusion Korea!  I nicknamed myself Ms Fusion Korea because it seems to describe me pretty accurately. 😊  Having lived in three distinct cultures, namely, that of Korea, Canada, and now of America, I have become a "fusion" of all these three wonderful cultures!  Over the years, I believe that my palette for food has evolved. While I still love traditional Korean food, such as kimchi, bulgogi, among many others, I have also come to appreciate many different culinary flavors around the globe!

• Numerous cooking and baking classes from a local kitchen store
• Watching culinary TV programs for more than 20 years!
• Growing up eating and admiring my Korean grandma's authentic Korean food!!
